Obsidian Systems LLC provides consumer electronics and device repair, repair scheduling and status updates, customer accounts and portal services, Device Care membership, website and technology services, customer support, and related services. Website information is not a repair estimate, binding offer, service authorization, or guarantee that a part, appointment, technician, or service is available.

Device condition, part availability, labor, tax, and service complexity can affect a final quote and turnaround time. A quote, diagnostic result, service authorization, receipt, repair ticket, or other written service document for a specific job governs that job. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the job-specific documents control.

3. Pricing and payments

Public prices and service descriptions are estimates, starting prices, or general information unless we expressly state otherwise in writing. We may correct errors, update prices, modify services, or decline a request where permitted by law. Payment-related transactions are handled through authorized payment providers, the Customer Portal, or related service systems. 4. Customer Portal and Device Care

The Customer Portal is a separate customer application. Repair submissions, account creation, Device Care enrollment, payments, repair credits, and account-management actions completed there may be subject to additional terms, notices, and confirmations presented in the Portal. Portal-specific terms control those transactions.

5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Program description

Customers who affirmatively opt in may receive SMS messages from Obsidian Systems LLC about appointments, repair or service updates, customer accounts, requested support, service notifications, and other communications for which the customer has provided consent.

Opt-in

SMS consent is obtained only through an applicable customer registration, account, service, or messaging-consent process. Visiting this Website alone does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages.

Consent is not a condition of purchase

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out
